Presenters: Talia Gee and Kimberly Williams

Talia Gee:  Attorney Talia Gee currently serves as the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for the City of Springfield, MA.  In this position, Attorney Gee focuses on diversity and inclusion initiatives for both the residents of the City and the employees who work for the City. Attorney Gee is a graduate of St. John’s University in New York City and received her MBA and Law Degree from Western New England University.

Kimberly Williams:  Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion for Stanley Black & Decker, a 177-year-old global diversified industrial, ranking #1 in tools and storage, #2 in security services and a global leader in engineered fastening.  Working within the Corporate HR Team and partnering across the business units, Kimberly provides the center of excellence for the Stanley Black & Decker global D&I community through the development and implementation of best practice, knowledge management, leadership development and metrics that can be deployed by the local talent & affinity teams within each region.
